Terms of Use

By using PitchGrid you agree to these terms. The product is offered by Pitch Grid Music. Features can change; export backups of work you care about.

Plans & billing

• Free: full editor and cloud sync, with 3 AI stem / transcription jobs for the life of the account.
• Pro Monthly: $14/ month, with up to 40 AI stem jobs per month.
• Pro Yearly: $112/ year (Save $56 vs monthly), same monthly AI allowance.

Paid plans renew until you cancel. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow applicable law; otherwise fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. Checkout will be handled by Stripe when enabled.

Keeping loaded tracks

AI jobs consume your Free or Pro allowance when a new separation or transcription runs. Songs and stem audio already generated remain available for practice after you cancel Pro or exhaust Free jobs, while your account remains open. New AI jobs require remaining quota or an active Pro plan.

Your music

You own the songs you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display them so the workspace can save, sync, and play them back for you. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself. Cloud save requires a signed-in account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, exceed fair use, or harm other users.

AI accuracy

Stem separation and transcription can be wrong or incomplete. PitchGrid is a practice tool, not a substitute for professional transcription or legal clearance of recordings.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost charts, missed gigs, downtime, or inaccurate AI output. Export JSON backups of work you care about.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, attacking, or overloading the service.
• No illegal content or infringement of others’ rights.
• Recording features are for your own performance, not surveillance.
• Do not resell API access or automate bulk AI jobs beyond your plan.
