Pitch Grid Music
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 6, 2026
PitchGrid is operated by Pitch Grid Music. This policy explains what we collect when you use the workspace, Free or Pro plans, and AI stem features.
What we collect
- Account: email, optional name, and sign-in metadata if you create an account (email/password or Google).
- Songs: charts you save while signed in, stored in our database so you can open them on another device.
- Audio uploads: files you submit for AI stem separation or transcription, plus derived stem audio we store so you can practice later.
- Usage: counts of AI stem jobs for Free (3 lifetime) and Pro monthly allowances.
- Local drafts: untitled work may stay in your browser (local storage) if you are not signed in.
- Payments: when checkout is enabled, card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
What we do not collect
Microphone audio used for Record (Play/Sing) is processed in your browser to detect pitch. We do not upload or store that live performance audio. We do not sell personal data.
Keeping your tracks
After an AI stem job finishes, you can keep practicing with those stems and charts while your account exists — including after you cancel Pro or use up Free AI jobs. Deleting your account removes stored songs and audio we hold for you.
Cookies
Signed-in sessions use cookies so you stay logged in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Processors
Accounts, saved songs, and stem files are hosted with Supabase. The website may run on Vercel. AI stem jobs may run on Modal or similar GPU workers. Payments (when live) use Stripe. Those vendors process data only to run the service.
Your choices
You can export a JSON backup from the account menu. To delete your account or stored songs, email hello@pitchgridmusic.com.
